• Tel Telecom is founded.
• Activities start in the state of São Paulo, in the cities of Bauru, Marília, Ribeirão Preto, Araçatuba, Araraquara and Presidente Prudente.
2005
• Tel starts providing services in São José do Rio Preto/SP and nearby regions.
2006
• Tel provides services in 60% of the state of São Paulo.
• Investment in new installations in São José do Rio Preto/SP.
2009
• New contracts start with Claro in the heartland of São Paulo and GVT in the northeastern region of Brazil.
• Tel becomes the main service provider for carriers Oi and Vivo in Minas Gerais.
2008
• Tel pioneers a new contract model with Vivo for integral site maintenance in Belo Horizonte/MG.
• Implantation of over 300 sites for Oi in Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo and São Paulo, and northern and northeastern regions.
• New contracts with Vivo for sites O&M, broadcasting and energy services.
2007
• Start of the activities in Jundiaí/SP.
• Contract with Oi for implantation services, mobile telephone exchanges and broadcasting is initiated.
2010
• Start of the contract with Telefonica in Argentina.
• Operation for GVT in the northeastern (Ceará, Paraíba and Pernambuco) and for Vivo in the south coast of São Paulo, Campinas, Piracicaba and Sorocaba, all in the state of São Paulo.
• New contract with TIM for the implementation of fiber optics in Recife/PE.
2011
• Mobile telephone services provided in the states of Acre, Rondônia, Tocantins, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás and in the Federal District for Vivo.
2012
• Operation in São Paulo/SP begins in the region of Campo Limpo.
• Official pages created on Facebook and LinkedIn.
2015
• Start of the contract with Nextel for LTE sites implantation and infrastructure all across Brazil.
• New contract with Oi carrier in northeastern Brazil.
• Founding of the social project Noroestel.

• Start of the contract with Oi for projects and construction of metal meshes and fiber optics in Rio de Janeiro.
• New contract with Vivo for site maintenance in Roraima, Amazonas, Pará, Amapá and Maranhão.
